How to create QR code for free?
Method 1: Homepage
Navigate to homepage.
When you add a new link, it will appear under the "Shorten URL" button. After clicking the "QR code" button visible below, you will be redirected to a page for generating QR codes, with a generated QR code for your shortened link.
Method 2: List of All Links
This method is available only for registred users! If you don't have an account yet, create it here.
Once you are logged in, click the icon of your profile in the upper right corner and then select All links or click here to direct navigate to dashboard.
You will be redirected to a page that contains all the links created from your account. To create a QR code for a specific link, click on options and then QR code.
Similar to the previous method, you will be redirected to the page for generating QR codes, with the QR code for your shortened URL already generated.
Method 3: Directly on the QR Code Generator Page
Go to the QR Code Generator page.
In the link field, enter your link, and a QR code with your link will be generated.
Note! The link you entered will not be automatically shortened, and the QR code will be generated exactly for the link you pasted.
Assigning a Name (Tag)
When creating a QR code, you can assign a name or tag to it.
This tag can simply be an identifier indicating where the QR code is placed, such as on an advertisement or a product.
These tags are highlighted in the statistics for the specific link: category "Views by Tag name".
The name is assigned by entering it in the "Name" field during the QR code creation process.
Customizing the Appearance of the QR Code
On the QR code generator page, you can customize the appearance of the QR code. This includes adjusting both the background and the dots within the QR code using color palettes.
Downloading the QR Code
Once you have customized your QR code, you can download it by clicking the Save to file button. The file will be saved to your device, and you will be able to share it!
